Manager – Customer Success
Responsibilities:
- Handling the various Projects to ensure they are delivered on time to customer satisfaction.
- Managing & monitoring onsite and offsite teams, which include Service Coordinators, Installation Technicians, and Hardware & Debug technicians.
- Managing all the project agreements, PO and documents, licenses and AMC renewals are on track.
- Pan India Integration of iTriangle GPS devices as per customer requirement.
- Ensuring SLA/TAT (The Bugs/Issues/Tickets raised are resolved)
- Managing and driving customer escalations.
- On-time Technical Support for all the customers.
- Managing the Common Layer Certificate Generations.
- GPS Installation and Services for enterprise customers.
- Broadly these are the roles, however, we may modify or adapt to organizational requirements from time to time.
Requirements:
- BE (E&C)/ B. Tech is mandatory.
- Experience in Team Handling and Escalations.
- Proven track record in Vehicle Telematics.
- Good understanding of GPS, Mobility Solutions & Fleet Management Systems
- Should be good with Cloud-based GPS, GSM, BLE, RFID, Wi-Fi based asset monitoring product lines.
