Assistant General Manager – Enterprise & OEM Accounts

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To meet Automobile/Vehicle Manufacturers to explore and develop business opportunities.
  2. Carry out market research through industry contacts, publications, trade events etc.
  3. To identify new markets, areas for growth, and client needs.
  4. Generate leads by sourcing, qualifying, and building a list of potential customers.
  5. Identify high potential deals by analyzing opportunity requirements, pre-requisites, financials, and internal priorities.
  6. Participate in Government procurement process through tenders and RFPs.
  7. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  8. Negotiate to close the deal and draw in resources from within the company to make it happen.
  9. Increase revenues from existing accounts and win new accounts.
  10. The position involves travelling within and outside the Country.
  11. Will be responsible for achievement of Business Volumes & Revenue.

BRAND BUILDING

  1. As the face of the organization, help in building the brand of the company in the industry, vendor, and customer community.
  2. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences when necessary.
  3. Develop and deliver persuasive, passionate, high impact, high quality presentations and demonstrations of iTriangle Solutions.
  4. Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image through all product lines, promotional material, and events.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Telematics, Automotive, or a related industry experience of a minimum of 3 years.
  2. Engineering degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred. A Management degree in Marketing is a plus.
  3. Should be aged between 25-35 years, 3­ to 5 years’ experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development, and Key Account Management.
  4. Rich experience in exploring and developing new markets, accelerating growth & achieving desired sales goals.
  5. Proficient at analyzing market trends to provide critical inputs for business development initiatives and formulation of sales and marketing strategies.
  6. Proven track record of constantly surpassing targeted Business volumes.
  7. An effective verbal and written communicator with excellent relationship, team management, and client servicing skills.
  8. Possess a flexible & detail oriented attitude.
  9. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  10. Knowledge of MS Office is a must.
  11. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences at the C-level.
  12. Strong presentation and negotiation skills; ability to close high value and high profile deals.
  13. Meticulous attention to detail: ability to juggle many tasks in parallel without lowering the quality bar.
