RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for sales and marketing portfolio.
- Responsible for achieving periodic business revenue as per annual business plan.
- To identify new markets, areas for growth, and client needs.
- Generate leads by sourcing, qualifying, and building a list of potential customers.
- Coordinating for managing key accounts and account mining.
- Internal review meetings, inter departmental co-ordination (Production, Dispatch, OEM and Service team).
- Sell iTriangle suite of Telematics solutions and associated hardware to enterprises, Telematics service providers, system integrators, manufacturers and end customers.
- Identify high potential deals by analyzing opportunity requirements, pre-requisites, financials, and internal priorities.
- Participate in Government procurement process through tenders and RFPs.
- Preparing & managing sales prospect Database.
- Building and maintaining business relationship with new clients, Sl and Distributors.
- Manage the existing sales channel, build, and develop new customers and partners.
- Increase revenues from existing accounts and acquire new accounts.
- Updating of monthly and quarterly PO File, Price List & Marketing Material.
- This is an individual contributor sales role, need to perform any other responsibilities or task assigned by the reporting manager for the enhancement of the business.
- The position involves travelling within and outside the Country.
BRAND BUILDING
- As the face of the organization, help in building the brand of the company in the industry, vendor, and customer community.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences when necessary.
- Develop and deliver persuasive, passionate, high impact, high quality presentations and demonstrations of iTriangle Solutions.
- Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image through all product lines, promotional material, and events.
REQUIREMENTS
- Telematics, Automotive, or a related industry experience of a minimum of 2 years.
- Engineering degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred. A Management Degree in Marketing is a plus.
- Should be aged between 25-30 years, 2 to 5 years’ experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development, and Key Account Management. More experience is fine too.
- Rich experience in exploring and developing new markets, accelerating growth & achieving desired sales goals.
- Proficient at analyzing market trends to provide critical inputs for business development initiatives and formulation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of constantly surpassing targeted Business Volumes.
- An effective verbal and written communicator with excellent relationship, team management, and client servicing skills.
- Possess a flexible & detail oriented attitude.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customer segments.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills; ability to close high value and high profile deals.
