RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for QMS documentation and change update.
2. Handling & monitoring supplier and customer quality issues.
3. Preparation of process flow diagram, control plan & PFMEA.
4. Responsible for supplier PPAP document initial and closure.
5. Capable for creating stage wise instructions.
6. Responsible for handling & monitoring in-process quality issues.
7. Handling APQP activity.
8. Accountable for creation of monthly quality reports.
9. Responsible for process improvements.
10. Need to perform any other responsibilities or task assigned by the reporting manager for the betterment of the business.
11. Responsible for Quality and Information Security in their processes, reporting information security incidents, risk assessment and implementing the ISMS policies/procedures, as applicable.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor Degree required. (B.E / Diploma Electronics, B. Tech)
2. Minimum 2-3 years experience in quality department.
3. Proficient in MS Office.
4. Good communication skills.
5. In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
6. Certification of quality control is an added advantage (ISO 9000).
7. Knowledge of 8D analysis, 5W2H analysis, 7QC tools.
8. Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949. ISO 14001.
9. Knowledge of schematics reading.
