RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the seamless integration of new devices into existing systems.
- Ensure thorough communication and collaboration with clients throughout the integration process, obtaining formal signoff upon successful completion.
- Provide comprehensive technical support across Level 1 and Level 2, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving escalated technical challenges.
- Obtain TPM approval and configure the settings accordingly.
- Provide training to customers on how to use our products.
- Device UAT validation before releasing the firmware to customer.
- Update the commands in the iTriangle configuration tools.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh graduates who have completed a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics) or Diploma in Electronics.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
