RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead the seamless integration of new devices into existing systems.
2. Ensure thorough communication and collaboration with clients throughout the integration process, obtaining formal signoff upon successful completion.
3. Provide comprehensive technical support across Level 1 and Level 2, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving escalated technical challenges.
4. Obtain TPM approval and configure the settings accordingly.
5. Provide training to customers on how to use our products.
6. Device UAT validation before releasing the firmware to customer.
7. Update the commands in the iTriangle configuration tools.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Fresh graduates who have completed a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics) or Diploma in Electronics.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Ability to work effectively within a team.
4. Ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
